They have nothing to show for their hard work. Same Goal (Luke 19:10).   Hindrances to Unity. 1)The My Way or the Highway AttitudeBackbiting and gossiping (Romans 1:30, Proverbs 25:23, Proverbs 20:19) 2)Complaining and murmuring (Philippians 2:14, 3)never  happy with the success of others 4)Apathy (Just don’t care about anything).   5)Unfaithfulness (Revelation 2:10, Matthew 6:33). 6)Old Squabbles (Philippians 4:2, Ruth).
