GOD OF ALL POSSIBILITIES
Luke 1:35-37"And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.For with God nothing shall be impossible.
He's a God whose natural habitat or dwelling is the realm of the things that leave us with a sense of shock, surprise, wonder and amazement.
In Genesis 17:1, He introduced Himself as "the Almighty God"(El-shadai); meaning He has the capacity and capability to do all things. To prove this fact, Isaac was conceived and given birth to when Abraham and Sarah were 100 years and 90 years respectively. Before Him, what appears impossible before men disappears and trembles.
In Genesis 18:14, He asks, "Is any thing too hard for the Lord?" This question became necessary because Sarah was overwhelmed by her old age rather than the Almightiness of God.
Are there issues, frightening challenges and seemingly unsurmountable circumstances? Bring them before the God of all possibilities and they shall vanish in seconds!
