WHEN GOD IS INVOLVED !
What it takes to enjoy Gods involvement in your endeavors:
To put God aside is to make Him a spectator in your endeavors,
To put God aside is to say to Him "I am self sufficient"
To put God aside is to say that God need you more than you need Him.The issue is what is involved in making God involved?
1).Maintaining a Lively prayer altar.
Gen 19:27 And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the LORD: 1 Kings 17:1" And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.Ephesians 6:18" Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;(Just as breathing is vital to your physical body, so is prayer vital to your spiritual being .Psalms 5:3 My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
2.Maintaining a lifestyle of fasting/Waiting
Isaiah 40:3"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Matt 17:17-21" Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me."And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour." Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out?"And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
How should you wait ?
1)Wait patiently. (Psalm 40:1 AMP)
2) Wait expectantly. (Psalm 40:1 AMP)
3) Wait quietly. (Lam 3:26)
4) Wait until you receive your blessings.
